Mineority By Saby is a newly opened place with attractive interiors, unique theme and food which is sure to suit your palette.

This property is a tribute to people of Mining community. Mineority is fun and young concept for miners, their loved ones and mine-owners. It’s where the miners break out in the evening after a hard day’s work and bring their loved ones.

Mineority is looked over by award winning, celebrity chef Sabyasachi Gorai is truly a place one needs to visit being a Punekar. Since most of the mines fall in Bihar, UP, Orissa, Goa, North East and parts of South India, so that food is made up by fusion of  traditional dishes we get there. The cuisine promises great taste and flavour keeping the basics very strong.
