This property is a tribute to people of Mining community. Mineority is fun and young concept for miners, their loved ones andwhere the miners break out in the evening after a hard day’s work and bring their loved ones.
Mineority is looked over by award winning, celebrity chef Sabyasachi Gorai is truly a place one needs to visit being a Punekar. Since most of the mines fall in Bihar, UP, Orissa, Goa, North East and parts of South India, so that food is made up by fusion of traditional dishes we get there. The cuisine promises great taste and flavour keeping the basics very strong.

Kalimpong Chilli Cheese Rolls – Crispy Spring Rolls filled with spicy kalimpong cheese, hill coriander and bhut jholakia mayo
Laloo Aloo Samosa- Stuffed Buckwheat samosa from Bihar
Imperial Rangoon Khao Suey- A nice twist to traditional Khao Suey where they had flat rice noodles accompanying with creamy coconut gravy and assortment of condiments like crispy fried onion, peanuts, chives, etc.
Tres Leches Cake – Latin American three layered milk cake. Condensed Milk, Dehydrated and Cream
Miners Dark Devil Cake – Mud cake layered with dark chocolate, topped with cream and chocolate frosting.
Smoking Chimney – It came in a tall tube, resembling the chimneys of Iron And Steel Companies. Ingredients – 30 ml Vodka, 60 ml Gin, 30 ml Rum, Cola, Star anise, Palm Jaggery, Fresh Mint.
Handia Madi – A frothy Tribal beer made from rice fermented in a handi. Ingredients – Beer, Gin, Small amount of ginger, lime, honey and coconut cream
